Now we are looking for a principal who wants to lead Jenningsskolan F–3 and Åkullsjöns School F–3 with associated after-school care. Your Assignment As principal, you have overall responsibility for operations, personnel, work environment, finances, and pedagogical development. You lead the operations in accordance with the Education Act, the curriculum, and the municipality's goals, and you are responsible for creating a safe, equitable, and developmentally sound school environment for students and staff. You are part of the Children's and Education Administration's management team and actively contribute to the development of the entire administration. Your assignment includes, among other things: lead and develop pedagogical operations ensure systematic quality management ensure legally compliant exercise of authority create favorable conditions for staff development and a good work environment manage operations finances and resource utilization collaborate with students, guardians, student health services, trade unions, and other partners. Your Competence and Experience We are looking for someone who has pedagogical higher education experience working in school operations experience in a management or qualified leadership position with responsibility for personnel, operations, and work environment solid knowledge of school's governing documents and mission good ability to express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish. It is meritorious if you have experience as a principal or assistant principal completed or initiated state principal training experience with systematic quality management experience with student health services work experience with change management experience working in a politically governed organization.
