We are seeking a dedicated work supervisor who can support individuals with NPF diagnoses and intellectual disabilities. In this role, you will provide individual support according to LSS and work to enable work participants to live independent and meaningful lives. You will operate based on each individual user's personal planning and implementation plan.
Activities in the daily program are varied and take place both individually and in groups. This may include various forms of wellness activities, car outings, cooking, and baking.

Qualifications
You are trained as a support or social pedagogue, nursing assistant, or have equivalent education. You have knowledge of LSS legislation and experience working with individuals with NPF diagnoses and/or intellectual disabilities. We also see that you have experience with low-affective interaction, AAC, clarifying pedagogy, and good experience with social documentation. In addition, you have a class B driver's license. We appreciate if you have good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.

Duration: Permanent employment with a six-month trial period.
Scope: 100% employment rate
Working hours: Monday-Friday, rotating schedule, irregular hours between 07:30-17:00
Salary: Individual salary setting.
