About the Operations Our clinic is staffed with an operations manager, clinic coordinator, 3 dentists, 2 dental hygienists, and 7 dental nurses. We have digital X-ray and use the T4 system for scheduling, finances, and patient records. We offer varied tasks, interesting and developmental work, a strong team spirit, and a pleasant atmosphere. We start each day with a team meeting to review the day's tasks. The clinic in Säter is located by the shore of Lake Ljustern, with the opportunity for swimming in summer. If you golf, you're within walking distance of the course. In winter, Romme Alpin is nearby. You also have easy access to the towns of Borlänge and Falun, and Stockholm is just over two hours away by car or train. Here in Säter and throughout the region, you can enjoy beautiful nature and a rich cultural life with recreational activities year-round. Job Responsibilities We're seeking a dental hygienist with strong commitment and interest in quality-focused dental care for children and adults, who wants to work with us to realize our vision. As a dental hygienist with us, you'll have varied tasks within the dental hygienist's scope of practice and work with patients of all age groups. Treatment planning is done in consultation with dentists and colleagues. Qualifications We're looking for someone with dental hygienist certification. Experience with the T4 system is a merit. You have strong knowledge of Swedish, both written and spoken. We also place great importance on personal suitability. We value someone who works well with others and communicates with both colleagues and patients in a thoughtful and flexible manner. You see patient care and service as a natural part of your work. You're also good at organizing and prioritizing work efficiently. We place great emphasis on a thorough introduction.
