Researcher in Stock Assessment and Advice for Fisheries Management

About the position The Department of Aquatic Resources has an immediate opening for a permanent position as researcher in stock assessment and advice for fisheries management in a unit that includes stock assessment at the Institute of Marine Research. The unit conducts research and stock assessment on fish and shellfish and provides scientific advice for fisheries at both the national and international level. The work is conducted in close collaboration with other units at the institute and at the wider SLU Aqua, contributing to associated research fields, such as fisheries monitoring, impacts of climate change, marine food webs and ecosystem-based fisheries management (EBFM). Extensive collaboration with international institutions and organizations (e.g. ICES, International Council for the Exploration of the Seas) is expected and encouraged, as is the application for external research funds. Nursing Assistant for Home Care at Linden

We look forward to your application! Your assignment Your main responsibilities consist of providing support and assistance to our clients in their daily lives. The work includes, among other things, personal care, support with meals, mobility assistance, shopping, and regular household tasks. You will be the primary care contact for a number of clients and be responsible for planning, implementing, and following up on their services based on individual needs. This could include, for example, support with showering, shopping, walks, and cleaning. The position also includes delegated health and medical care tasks, such as medication management, insulin administration, and support with exercise according to prescription. You are also responsible for documentation, creation and follow-up of implementation plans, as well as handling emergency alarm systems. The work involves duty during days, evenings, and weekends according to a rotating schedule. Opportunities for voluntary split shifts are available. Description of the workplace We are a cheerful team of 23 employees and we would like to see a few more join us. Hemtjänst Linden has a large geographical service area and operates on the western outer areas. Our home care office is located in Bergvik. Your competence We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant and have a genuine interest in working with people. Experience working in elder care is a merit. Computer and mobile phone are important tools in daily work, which means you need to have good digital skills. The work includes documentation and ongoing communication with clients, relatives, and other professionals. Therefore, you need to have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. A B driver's license is required as the work involves travel between clients' homes. As a person, you are confident, stable, and have good self-awareness. You easily create professional and trusting relationships and can adapt your approach to each situation. You work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and have a structured and solution-focused work approach. At the same time, you enjoy working in a team and collaborate well with colleagues and other professionals. Security Guard for Reception Service / Patrol Service – Stockholm Would you like to combine security, service, and responsibility in a professional environment? We are now seeking an engaged, service-oriented, and confident security guard for a reception and patrol service in the Stockholm area. Here you will have an important and varied role where you represent both the client and the organization while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and secure environment. As a security guard in reception and patrol service, you are often the first person visitors meet. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has a professional demeanor, high social competence, and the ability to build trust in all situations. Work hours: 07:00–19:00 Schedule: 5–2 schedule About the Role In this position, you combine reception work with patrol and security-related tasks. You are responsible for ensuring the reception runs smoothly and welcomes visitors while conducting patrols, maintaining security routines, and handling administrative tasks. The work will be performed at two different locations within the Stockholm area, which requires flexibility, good planning skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and client needs.
