We are now looking for a Consultant Manager with a focus on Business Support & HR services who wants to contribute to further developing our consulting business. About the role In this role, you work commercially to support our customers in their talent supply with focus on our business areas Business Support and HR. Our customers vary in both size and industry, which means you daily encounter different needs and challenges. With attentiveness, understanding of the customer's business, and a strong commercial focus, you help them find the right expertise at the right time, often when the need is most urgent. You have full responsibility for the consultants working with our customers and function as an important link between consultant and client. The role includes full employer responsibility, which means you are responsible for onboarding, follow-ups, development conversations, workplace environment issues, and ensuring that both consultant and client have the best possible conditions for a successful collaboration. As Consultant Manager, you are also an important part of developing our consulting business. You work continuously to build and maintain a consultant network and ensure a strong consultant base for future assignments. You also represent Jurek at job fairs, conferences, and other networking occasions where you contribute to strengthening our employer brand and creating new business opportunities. We are looking for someone with experience from the consulting industry, preferably from the role of consultant manager or another similar role, and who wants to take the next step.
