Your role – a key position with many facets As a Talent Manager, you are the driving force in our operations. You have full responsibility for your corporate clients and for the consultants working with them. It's a role that requires both strategic business thinking and a warm heart. Your day-to-day responsibilities include: Sales & Relationships: You build strong trust with new customers and deepen collaboration with existing ones by understanding their unique challenges and white-collar staffing needs. Recruitment & Matching: You find tomorrow's talent through precise job postings, proactive search, interviews, and engaging networking. Real Leadership: You have full employer responsibility for your consultant group. This means everything from coaching and development conversations to rehabilitation, work environment, and career support. Business Acumen & Development: You drive your own business, manage contracts and pricing, and ensure we always deliver the highest quality. Who are you? Staffing Solutions or Recruitment: You understand the dynamics of matching the right skills with the right needs. Since we are part of a global corporation, you need to speak and write both Swedish and English fluently and without limitation. Practical Information Scope: Full-time, permanent.
