Security Guard for Reception Service / Patrol Service – Stockholm Would you like to combine security, service, and responsibility in a professional environment? We are now seeking an engaged, service-oriented, and confident security guard for a reception and patrol service in the Stockholm area. Here you will have an important and varied role where you represent both the client and the organization while contributing to a safe, welcoming, and secure environment. As a security guard in reception and patrol service, you are often the first person visitors meet. Therefore, we are looking for someone who has a professional demeanor, high social competence, and the ability to build trust in all situations. Work hours: 07:00–19:00 Schedule: 5–2 schedule About the Role In this position, you combine reception work with patrol and security-related tasks. You are responsible for ensuring the reception runs smoothly and welcomes visitors while conducting patrols, maintaining security routines, and handling administrative tasks. The work will be performed at two different locations within the Stockholm area, which requires flexibility, good planning skills, and the ability to quickly adapt to different work environments and client needs. Responsibilities Receive and register visitors Handle access control, access cards, and keys Answer phone calls and emails Administer meeting bookings and mail handling Receive and coordinate deliveries Conduct internal and external patrols according to instructions Report deviations and security-related incidents Collaborate with internal security and other departments Ensure order, structure, and service at the reception We Are Looking for Someone Who Has Qualifications Security Guard Training VU1 and VU2 (required) Approval from the County Administrative Board for work at an authorized security company At least 2 years of experience in reception work or similar service function Driver's license Class B (required) Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Good computer skills and experience with administrative systems Criminal record-free, drug-free, and with no payment remarks Personal Qualities To succeed in this role, we believe you: Are service-oriented and enjoy daily customer contact Have a professional and representative demeanor Are responsible, solution-oriented, and flexible Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team Are confident, calm, and assured in your actions Have a genuine interest in both security and service We Offer Varied and responsible work within reception and patrol service Work at two different locations that provide variety and development in the role Opportunity to develop within security and service Collective agreement and secure employment terms An engaged team and a workplace where quality and professionalism are in focus Employment Terms Start date by agreement.
