We are now looking for a dedicated staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service, based in Örebro. In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with: - Receiving sick leave reports from consultants - Answering calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration for consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Monday-Friday 5 PM-8 AM, Saturday 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sunday 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM.
