JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Blomsterbäcksskolan is seeking a teacher for grade 1. Blomsterbäcksskolan is an F-4 school with approximately 285 students. We are looking for a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades F-3 based on experience. Your work includes planning, implementing, and following up on your teaching and students' learning. You take an active role and develop the operations together with the entire school's team. In our pedagogical framework, which encompasses everything from interaction, accessibility, motivation, collaboration, to a holistic perspective, the student is always at the center! You maintain close collaboration with parents/guardians of students and other important people in the students' network. You participate and are driving in pedagogical meetings together with both colleagues at school and other collaboration partners. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and who has strong confidence in students' competence and is passionate about developing each student. You are positive and solution-focused. You find it easy to collaborate with students, colleagues, parents, and other professionals around the students. You have a strong motivation for learning and preferably knowledge of special education that gives students motivation for learning. You hold teacher certification. As a person, you are organized, unpretentious, and flexible. You have a clear and low-affective approach. You have the ability to see students' different needs and strengths and to manage and follow up on activities based on the school's pedagogical goals, vision, and financial framework. You need to be able to think outside the box, be resourceful, courageous, and imaginative. If you also have good knowledge of reading instruction and have worked with students with NPF diagnoses, students in social difficulties, and have special education in your background, that is a merit.
