Your Tasks This role is perfect for you if you want a varied workday with great opportunities to make an impact, drive initiatives, and contribute to developing both work methods and technical solutions. We work in a structured way and are a team of colleagues with high expertise who together drive development and improvement. You define and manage target architecture for IT and OT infrastructure, on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments. Our goal is for the infrastructure to support the business's needs for availability, security, performance, and scalability. You ensure that infrastructure solutions meet requirements for security, continuity, regulations, and architectural principles. This also includes identifying and managing risks in the IT environment. You develop decision-making materials for platforms, operational models, and technical solutions where you evaluate alternatives based on business value and quality characteristics. In this way, you contribute to the long-term development of IT. You work closely with our other architect roles to achieve good integration and collaboration across the entire organization. Education and Previous Experience We're looking for someone who enjoys untangling complexity and making it understandable. You see the big picture and understand how technology, business, and security fit together. With your own drive, you take initiative, make things happen, and stand firmly behind your recommendations. You collaborate easily with different people, can explain difficult concepts in simple terms, and always focus on solutions that work in practice. You're confident, curious, and enjoy developing both work methods and people. You have post-secondary education in IT, systems science, or similar. You have several years of experience working in IT infrastructure where you've developed and anchored architectural solutions for servers, storage, networks, and virtualization.
