Staffing Coordinator Wanted for Our National On-Call Service Outside Office Hours!

Do you want to become an important piece of the puzzle at one of the Nordic region's largest staffing and recruitment companies? We are now looking for a dedicated staffing coordinator who wants to work evenings/nights/weekends on StudentConsulting's national on-call service, based in Örebro. In your role as a staffing coordinator, you will be responsible for handling orders and sick leave notifications outside office hours from our customers/consultants, as well as quickly booking the right person for the customer. You will work with: - Receiving sick leave reports from consultants - Answering calls from customers regarding consultant bookings - Administration for consultants/customers - Scheduling Working hours are Monday-Friday 5 PM-8 AM, Saturday 9:30 AM-9:30 AM, and Sunday 9:30 AM-10 PM/10 PM-9:30 AM. You must be able to work at least one shift per week. During this time, you will have an "on-call" shift from your home and be available when our customers or consultants need your help. Training will take place at our office in Örebro. We want you to feel the same way when choosing us. To be eligible for the position, you must be studying at a college or university and have the ability to work approximately 16 hours per week. We have a long-term need for the position and would like to see that you have several years left of your studies (at least 1.5 years remaining) and can also imagine a future in the staffing industry.
