What the Role Entails Do you want to work close to customers, use your expertise to create smart and value-creating BI solutions, and at the same time develop in a secure and stable company? As a BI Developer at Agio, you get to work on assignments that really matter. Our solutions contribute to, among other things, future energy systems, more efficient crime prevention, and the development of modern healthcare information. In the role you will: Develop and implement BI solutions based on customer needs. Design and build data flows and pipelines from multiple different data sources. Create and maintain data models for secure and efficient data management. Create reports and visualizations that provide clear, data-driven insights. Work closely with customers and translate their needs into practical and sustainable solutions. Share knowledge and contribute to competence development both internally and with the customer. You will be part of Agio's Data Analytics & BI team – a Microsoft-focused team with consultants in both Luleå and Stockholm. This area is prioritized and you will play an important role in the team's continued development, while also receiving a personal and customized development journey. Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you who are an experienced BI developer and want to combine technical depth with close collaboration with customers and business. We believe you have: At least four years of experience as a BI developer. Experience with Microsoft platforms, for example SSIS or SSAS. Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of user-centered data modeling. Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Meritorious is experience with cloud services such as Azure, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric. As a person you are curious, solution-oriented, and comfortable working closely with both customers and colleagues. You want to create value, contribute with your expertise, and develop as the field grows.
