About the Position Meliva Healthcare Center Lindbacken is located a few kilometers east of Uppsala. Here works a dedicated and ambitious team consisting of physicians, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, a physiotherapist, dietitian, and psychologist. The healthcare center was established nearly three years ago and is today a smaller but growing operation with just over 4,000 registered patients. We value close and unpretentious collaboration where we support each other in daily work and together create good healthcare and a sustainable work environment. With us, it's natural to discuss patient cases, share experiences, and easily consult with colleagues. In your role at the healthcare center, you'll primarily work with outpatient activities, both scheduled and acute visits, in person and digitally. The patient population is varied, and since we have a child health clinic at the healthcare center, the average age of our patients is relatively low. We encourage initiative, participation, and commitment in the organization's development and improvement work.
