Attached to the unit is also a handler who works with incorrect payments and estate administration. The unit is developing digitalized and automated support provision with the goal that the majority of those applying for economic assistance should do so digitally. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The unit's common task is to investigate, assess and decide on the right to economic assistance. As a case handler, you have delegation authority and make your own decisions that can have a major impact on the applicant's life. You primarily handle and investigate reapplications for support provision and other economic assistance, all in accordance with the social services law and formulated guidelines decided by the board. An important part of the work is collaboration with other units within the operation and with external actors.
