JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Home Care East is now seeking more committed substitutes who want to work as needs arise. We offer you meaningful work where you get the opportunity to meet people who need your support. Working in home care involves a large degree of independent work, but it also requires good ability to collaborate with colleagues and other professionals. We have a wonderful community in the East area where we strengthen and motivate each other. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating a valuable everyday life for our elderly.
Home care services include providing assistance in the form of personal care and services. Personal care is to meet physical, mental, and social needs as well as help with personal hygiene, mobility, and meal support. Service-oriented tasks include cleaning, laundry, and shopping. You will also perform delegated tasks related to HSL. We document in journal systems and use planning tools to organize the services.
Shifts include day, evening, and weekend hours. The employment is flexible, and you make yourself available when you have the opportunity to work.
QUALIFICATIONS
You do not need experience or education in care work to apply with us. However, we are primarily looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant or alternatively has ongoing education in a care program, nursing program, or other relevant care education. To work with us, you need to be solution-focused and able to work independently while also being part of a team. You are responsible, reliable, and skilled at building good relationships while supporting people to have a good everyday life.
Home Care East operates from facilities in Virestad and Diö. Since we use a car to travel between clients, you need to have a driver's license.
