Your main tasks are calibration, troubleshooting/repair as well as installation and assembly of instruments, control equipment, automation systems and maintenance of other electrical equipment and switchgear. The work also includes optimization of control loops and adaptation of measuring equipment to each other and minor programming work in the process computer systems. You will have contact with internal and external suppliers and participate in improvement and project groups. The Site Manager Role As Site Manager, you lead and distribute work tasks within concrete. You drive the project all the way through to handover based on set goals within project planning, resource procurement, and execution regarding the project's planning in terms of quality, work environment, time, and budget. Your Profile as Concrete Site Manager You are today an experienced site manager or a senior work supervisor with several years of experience in construction production, particularly with a focus on concrete work. It is a merit if you hold concrete class 2 certification. You have a construction engineering education as your foundation and possess good knowledge of contract law and economics. You have good planning skills and can lead and coordinate concrete work from planning to delivery, which means you ensure that the work follows schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements. Flexibility and innovative thinking are also important qualities, as our assignments often involve finding solutions to new and varying challenges. You are attentive and mindful of others' strengths, which enables you to delegate tasks effectively. You build relationships easily with both customers and colleagues and have a strong business focus. The ability to drive work forward and clear commitment are crucial for success in the role of site manager.
