Finance Assistant WW Familjevård is a small private company with approximately 20 employees that has been operating for 20 years, primarily in care and health services. The company currently operates several care units as well as a smaller residential property company. You will become an important part of our administration team, collaborating with the units, especially with the operations manager. We have an office centrally located in Uppsala near the central station and bus stop. Responsibilities As a finance assistant, you will work with daily financial administration, invoicing, payroll, and support operations with finance-related matters. Your tasks may include: · Contact with external customers, suppliers, and management of agreements within the operation. · Maintain good relationships and collaboration with our external partners such as banks, auditors, social insurance agencies, municipalities, etc. · Support the operations manager in interpreting and applying local agreements, laws, and regulations relevant to the operation. · Contact with tenants regarding maintenance issues, key distribution, rental agreements, etc. · Participate in development work and digitalization within the payroll function. · Other tasks within payroll and personnel administration may occur. Qualifications You have at least a high school diploma with a focus on economics, administration, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. Further education in economics/administration is a merit. Experience working with Visma Payroll is advantageous. We require at least 3 years of documented experience in payroll and personnel administration. You have good digital skills and are experienced working in different systems. You learn new systems easily, as municipalities use different invoicing systems. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. The team at Nora and Linné consists of six registered nurses, with three at Nora (one of whom is a resource nurse) and two at Linné.
