The company develops products that help doctors choose effective antibiotic treatments and improve patient care worldwide. We are now seeking an Operational Procurement Specialist & Warehouse Coordinator who wants to become an important part of the operation. You will be part of a small team where you will have a varied role with responsibility for both operational procurement, warehouse management, and logistics. The role is broad and suits you if you enjoy combining administrative tasks with hands-on work to ensure efficient material flow and high delivery precision. The work is performed on-site. Your main responsibilities will be to: Carry out operational procurement based on operational needs Place orders with suppliers and follow up on deliveries Manage order administration, order confirmations, and invoices Maintain and develop good supplier relationships Ensure optimal inventory levels together with production and warehouse teams Receive, inspect, and register incoming goods Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Manage internal material flows and provide the operation with the right materials at the right time Participate in inventory counts and handle discrepancies and claims Contribute to improvement efforts within procurement, warehouse, and logistics Administer and document procurement and logistics-related activities The position also involves hands-on warehouse work where heavy lifting is a natural part of the workday. This is a consultant position through Adecco starting immediately until the end of the year. About You We are looking for someone with experience in procurement, logistics, and warehouse management who enjoys combining administrative work with practical tasks. You have good system skills, work in a structured manner, and appreciate collaborating with both colleagues and external suppliers. To succeed in this role, we see that you have: High school diploma, preferably in procurement, logistics, engineering, or similar Experience in operational procurement, warehouse work, or logistics Experience with business or ERP systems Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Valid driver's license (Category B) It is advantageous if you have experience from manufacturing, medical technology, or other regulated operations and ISO 13485.
