Do you want to create safety, security, and care for those who live and spend time in our area? The Rescue Service in Strängnäs municipality works with two areas: operational activities (emergency response/training/equipment maintenance) and prevention activities (inspection/education/advisory). Together we work toward two overarching goals: to reduce the risk of fires and other accidents occurring, and to ensure that damage is limited when accidents do happen. As on-call rescue personnel (RiB), you have an assignment alongside your regular work and respond to alarms in the area where you live and work. DUTIES Being on-call rescue personnel means you live/work and go about your daily life as usual, but during certain weeks you are on call. This means you must be able to respond when the alarm sounds, regardless of the time of day.
