WORK TASKS As unit manager for the rehabilitation unit, you will be an important part of the management group within the Healthcare and Social Services unit. You lead a unit with high competence and great commitment. The role also includes a special development task where you work closely with unit managers for the nursing unit within special housing and regular housing. It is also advantageous if you have: • Previous management/leadership experience. • Previously worked with change and improvement work within municipal healthcare, specifically in rehabilitation. • Education/knowledge in leadership, group development, and/or change management.
