The unit includes Skogsbacken, Nattugglan, Täppan, Sundby Park, Tosterö, and Äppellunden preschools. With us, you will receive support from lead preschool teachers, special educators, and development leaders. We also have a preschool center where we offer professional development. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES In your role as a preschool teacher, you will work together with your colleagues to create a safe, fun, and challenging education for the children. We collectively take responsibility for an approach where we encourage children to actively participate and influence their day at preschool. You will plan, implement, and follow up on activities according to the curriculum's goals and guidelines. The unit's management team practices trust-based leadership and encourages personal development through collegial learning and professional development. We are a practice preschool in collaboration with Mälardalen University and accept preschool teacher students. We offer you: • Reflection time, individual and collegial. • Free pedagogical meals from our own kitchens with a high proportion of organic food. • Two planning days/year and two professional development days/year. • Access to work clothes and a computer. • Wellness allowance. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has/is: • Certified preschool teacher or in the final phase of your education. • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
