Job Description The role involves independently managing the entire procurement and call-off process for consulting services, from request for quotation and bid evaluation to contract and contract management. You will guide internal requesters, communicate with suppliers, and ensure that procurements comply with LUF (Swedish Public Procurement Act), internal governance documents, and framework agreement terms. The role requires structure, business acumen, strong communication skills, and system proficiency. Job Responsibilities Develop assignment descriptions for resource consultants and project consultants, along with requirements, in collaboration with the internal requester. Compile and review bid forms and send call-off requests to framework agreement suppliers via e-Procurement. Answer supplier questions during the bidding period and respond to operational questions regarding call-offs and consultant-related agreements. Prepare evaluation materials and support the requester in the evaluation process. Prepare decision documentation for award. Issue and record agreements and purchase orders, and follow up with suppliers. Archive and manage call-off agreements, including extensions, budget increases, index adjustments according to contract terms, invoice handling, etc. Maintain contact with the security unit on certain matters concerning security classification, agreements, and process status to ensure a smooth and efficient call-off process. Liaise with framework agreement suppliers on contract-related matters. Support operations on other procurement matters. Work proactively to reduce lead times in the call-off process. Conduct and manage procurements under LUF using various procedures. Contribute your expertise to continuously improve the client's working methods, routines, templates, and processes related to procurement. Work with consultant master data and perform certain types of reporting and status updates. Procure framework agreements and contracts, primarily within the consultant category, using ABK09 as the basis. Mandatory Requirements At least one of the following post-secondary qualifications: university/college degree in economics, engineering, law, or behavioral science, or alternatively a KY/VHS diploma in procurement. Minimum 8 years of experience in procurement/contracting/call-offs. Minimum 5 years of experience conducting call-offs/procurements in accordance with LOU or LUF. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in IT, construction, energy, or power/electrical sectors. Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement work. Completed at least 2 framework agreement procurements with ABK09 as the contractual basis. Minimum 2 years of experience calling off/procuring consultants from a procurement perspective as the primary job responsibility (assessed to be at least 50% of full-time). The work must have encompassed the entire process from development of call-off or procurement documentation to contracting. Meritorious Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional experience calling off/procuring technical/engineering/IT consultants within the last 5 years. Minimum 3 years of professional experience calling off/procuring engineering services/land access/permits/teams within the last 5 years. Led and conducted at least 3 procurements using negotiated procedure. Worked at least 3 years on strategic procurement development with strong results, verified through interview and references. Job Responsibilities The position focuses on experimental and computational fracture mechanics. A central aspect of the work involves experimental testing of mini-CT specimens combined with numerical modeling. About the Role As Sales Manager at iLOQ, you are responsible for developing sales and driving business through the entire sales process – from prospecting and new customer acquisition to negotiation, closing, and long-term customer development. You work proactively to identify new business opportunities, schedule and conduct customer meetings, and represent iLOQ at customer visits, industry events, and trade shows. The role involves close collaboration with property owners, municipalities, construction contractors, installers, security companies, and other strategic decision-makers, where you function as an advisory partner throughout the customer journey. iLOQ's products are sold through a network of authorized partners responsible for installation, service, and support. As the customer approaches an investment decision, you work closely with iLOQ's partner organization to ensure a smooth process and create the best conditions for a successful deal. This is an independent and business-driven role for someone who enjoys building long-term relationships, creating new business, and developing the market together with customers and partners. You will, among other things: Identify and develop new business opportunities. Own the entire sales process from first contact to agreement. Develop existing customers and partners. Hold a valid driver's license.
