Who are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with a background in furniture assembly, craftsmanship, or similar practical work where you're used to working independently and at customer locations.
Requirements and qualifications:
• Previous experience with furniture assembly
• Class B driver's license
• Good ability to plan and work independently
• Experience with customer contact in your work
Meritorious:
• Experience in fine carpentry or similar crafts

What does the role involve?
As Delivery and Assembly Manager at Swefurn, you're the face of the company to customers. You're responsible for ensuring that furniture and interior design deliveries and installations are completed efficiently, correctly, and with high quality at the customer's location. You're responsible for everything from receiving deliveries to completed installation. This involves close collaboration with project management, the sales team, and external installers, where you ensure that everything runs according to plan while maintaining ongoing dialogue with the customer.
Work tasks include, for example:
• Independently plan and execute furniture and interior design assembly at the company's customer locations
• Participate in larger assembly projects together with external resources
• As needed, coordinate and supervise temporary help on-site
• Handle simple orders and supplementary requests
• Book and plan assignments together with customers and project managers
• Ensure that deliveries and installations maintain high quality and are completed efficiently
• Work closely with customers on-site and identify needs, questions, and areas for improvement
• Ensure that the right products, supplements, and materials are available on-site for efficient assembly
