About the Position We're looking for someone who thrives in a warehouse environment, enjoys a fast pace and teamwork, and is ready to step up when needed. This is a perfect role for you if you want to develop, take on more responsibility, and show what you're made of. You will work as support and substitute for the regular shift leader during illness or leave. In addition, you work at least one fixed day per week (Friday or Sunday) when the regular leader is not present. This is a role for someone who likes to be in the middle of operations but is also ready to take on more responsibility. We're looking for one shift leader per shift, day and evening according to the times below, and you will be scheduled Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu. Day shift: 05.55-14.40 Evening shift: 14.50-23.35 Your Responsibilities - Work actively in production - Coach and support team members to achieve set goals - Clear and ongoing communication with employees to create engagement and job satisfaction What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who currently works as a team leader or equivalent, with experience being operational and present in production. For us, it's important that you have a natural leadership style that makes following up and motivating team members a natural and obvious part of your daily work, rather than a task that feels heavy or time-consuming. Experience tracking productivity and a good understanding of logistics are required. As a person, we'd like you to be cheerful, forward-thinking, and have a strong interest in developing and learning new things.
