Norwegian-Speaking First Line Agent - Stockholm City Center

About the Role We are looking for a Norwegian-speaking professional who wants to work in a fun and team-oriented support role with one of our clients located centrally in Stockholm. This is the ideal opportunity for you if you: Are early in your career and seeking a customer service position Have some prior experience in customer service or a similar role Have a background or understanding of finance (for example, studied economics in upper secondary school) Are a driven "what can I do now" person who wants to work in an environment with a flat hierarchy and an engaged manager who wants to help you develop. Your responsibilities will include: Receive and handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and the ticketing system. Serve as the first point of contact for both customers and internal users. Participate in improving work methods, routines, and the overall customer experience. Work closely with Second Line, internal experts, and other cross-functional teams to ensure effective solutions. Troubleshoot technical issues in the business system and other connected systems. Provide guidance on how the systems work and support users with process-related questions and various user challenges. We are looking for someone who: Speaks Norwegian, Swedish, and English fluently in both speech and writing. Has relevant prior experience (could be customer service, technical support, or a role where phone contact was a significant part of your work) Is experienced working in different systems and has good computer skills. Has a service-focused approach, strong communication skills, and enjoys interacting with users and customers. Works solution-oriented, takes responsibility for your tasks, and maintains high quality in what you deliver. To thrive in the team and succeed in this role, you are a team player who wants to contribute strongly to the team culture. You are also service-oriented and enjoy close dialogue with customers. About the Employment This is a consulting assignment with employment through OIO. The intention is for this to transition into a permanent position, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.
