We are now seeking temporary staff who want to work extra as needed and during the summer of 2026 in unit 4 as support assistant/support aide. We work on rotating schedules with day shifts, evening shifts, sleeping on-call, awake night shifts, and weekends. The unit consists of two group homes, and you are expected to be able to work at both facilities. The work also includes collaboration with residents' networks. Good physical capacity and stamina are essential for this work in order to support residents according to their needs. You are also expected to use digital tools in your work such as developing visual supports, using work email, handling phone contacts, and reading and writing social documentation. In this assignment, you are expected to be part of residents' daily lives and provide support and active guidance based on their needs. This may include participating in an individual's leisure activities such as swimming together with a resident at a swimming pool, visiting church/mosque, attending concerts, joining visits to a zoo, or working out at a gym. Your Competence and Experience For this position, you must have the following abilities and skills: You must be able to speak Swedish fluently. You must be able to swim and be comfortable in water. You must be able to work sleeping on-call shifts. You must be able to work at both facilities in the unit. It is beneficial if you have ongoing or completed education as: Support Pedagogue. The support is individually adapted to provide residents with a safe home, a meaningful everyday life, and opportunities to develop according to their capabilities. The starting point is that support in the home is provided together with residents to contribute to development and independence. Activities outside the home are part of the work, and you will sometimes accompany residents on these. About the position The Hemotherapy section conducts highly specialized activities in apheresis, stem cell therapy, and advanced cell and gene therapies. The section consists of an apheresis unit where patients are treated and stem cells are harvested, as well as a GMP laboratory with a dedicated clean room for advanced cell handling. The operation is regulated by the National Board of Health and Welfare and the Medical Products Agency and is accredited according to several national and international quality standards, including SWEDAC and JACIE. Here, clinical activities are combined with research and development projects for future treatments. The position is primarily based at the Stem Cell Laboratory and Apheresis Unit in Huddinge, but work also occurs at our apheresis unit in Solna. During the introductory period, you will primarily be active at the Huddinge unit. As Technical Manager, you have a central role in the operation and work closely with the Medical Director, nurses, biomedical scientists, quality managers, and other technical managers within the clinic. Your responsibilities include: - responsibility for validation, verification, and management of medical devices and methods - documenting and developing the operation within the quality management system - participating in procurement and driving development projects - initiating and leading digitalization projects and working with scientific monitoring of patient treatments - contributing to the development, quality assurance, and production of new advanced therapy medicinal products (ATMP).
