The work combines design, customer dialogue, and close collaboration with production. You will work on multiple parallel projects where each assignment typically lasts between one and five days. Your responsibilities include: Designing customized test fixtures and mechanical solutions Working with mechanical design and product development in 3D CAD Reviewing specifications with customers Developing technical solution proposals and test specifications Driving projects from start to delivery Working closely with production to ensure manufacturable solutions Participating in improvement work and development of products and processes Maintaining ongoing technical dialogue with customers, primarily via Teams About You You are a self-directed mechanical design engineer who enjoys working practically and solution-oriented. You are motivated by solving new technical challenges and find it easy to switch between several projects simultaneously. You have a good understanding of how products are manufactured and enjoy working closely with production. At the same time, you feel comfortable in technical dialogues with customers and can translate their needs into well-thought-out design solutions.
