To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
At least 5 years of experience from the industry
Good knowledge of electrical engineering as well as control and automation technology
Experience with troubleshooting and repairs in both electrical and mechanical areas
Ability to work in a structured manner and document your work carefully
Valid driver's license (Category B)
As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and thorough. You have a high safety mindset and a professional approach in your customer interactions.

What does the role entail?
As a service technician, you are responsible for service, maintenance, and repairs of industrial doors, gates, loading ramps, and to some extent entrance areas. You work with both mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and perform new installations and setups at customer locations.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Service and preventive maintenance
Troubleshooting and repairs in electrical and mechanical areas
Installations and new setups
Participation in design projects
Documentation, follow-up, and reporting in business systems
Ongoing feedback to headquarters
Create and develop good customer relationships
When needed, support operations within the elevator field
The position is full-time with working hours mainly weekdays 07:00–16:00. You work from home and primarily in the Stockholm area. Travel with overnight stays may occur.
