About the Position Cleverex Job Placement is an education and matching company with a big heart that works toward the vision that all people have a place in the job market. The company's focus is on coaching, education, establishment, and matching – always with high quality and results in focus. They are now seeking an engaged and self-driven mentor to expand the team. You will work with participants in the Prepare and Match 2 (KROM 2) program at the Stockholm office. The role involves a combination of individual coaching, planning, and job market matching, with a focus on helping each individual find their path to employment or studies. What You Are Offered • A meaningful role where you make a difference in people's futures • The opportunity to work in a values-driven company with great commitment • Work in an experienced and supportive team Job Responsibilities • Coaching and guidance of participants in KROM 2 • Matching with employers and educational opportunities • Documentation and follow-up according to client requirements • Collaboration with colleagues and external partners • Office staffing Your Profile Requirements: • At least 180 university credits (or 120 credits under the previous system) • At least 2 years of relevant work experience • Experience as a job coach or education coach • Strong ability to plan, structure, and work independently • Excellent communication skills and a motivating approach • Experience working results-oriented and with documentation • B-class driver's license • Languages: Swedish and Arabic Merits: • Experience with labor market policy programs • Knowledge of and experience working with Grade Matcha (formerly Workbuster) Other Information 📍 Location: Märsta 📅 Type: Full-time Please include educational certificates/work references that match the requirements in your application.
