Right now we are looking for a Client Success Manager Norway on behalf of our client Rabbles. Do you want to be part of building Rabbles' continued growth in Norway? Rabble is a leading cashback platform that helps some of the Nordic region's strongest brands create increased sales, stronger customer loyalty, and more effective campaigns through digital offers. We are now continuing our expansion and are looking for a Client Success Manager who will be our most important contact with the Norwegian market. This is a key role where you get great responsibility and the opportunity to help develop our Norwegian business together with a dedicated Nordic team. About the role You will become Rabbles' representative on site in Norway and are responsible for ensuring that our customers receive a first-class experience throughout the collaboration. The role is based in Oslo with the option to work from home or from a co-working space. You will, among other things: - Drive and coordinate customer projects from start to finish. - Set up and launch campaigns in Rabbles' platform. - Follow up, analyze, and present campaign results. - Be the customer's advisor and primary contact person. - Work closely with our sales team to develop existing customers. - Identify new business opportunities and contribute to long-term customer relationships. - Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction in every delivery. Who are you? We are looking for you who thrive in a fast-growing environment where customer relationships, structure, and business efficiency go hand in hand. We believe that you have: - Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, project management, or campaign management. - Experience from media, marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or agencies is a merit. - The ability to handle multiple parallel projects at the same time. - A structured approach and strong self-drive. - Fluent Norwegian and very good English. Swedish is a merit.
