In this role, you will have a key function in ensuring safety and operational reliability for passengers and customers. You will work with preventive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of existing installations, as well as planning and executing service and installations. You will operate from your own service vehicle and build strong relationships with customers on-site. Your Responsibilities: Perform service and preventive maintenance on elevators, doors, and escalators within your area Responsible for planning and executing service and installations Troubleshoot and proactively address operational disturbances to achieve high operational reliability on the installations in your portfolio Perform minor repairs for continuous operation and report when larger interventions are needed Collaborate directly with customers on-site and build a good working relationship Who Are You? You are a dedicated professional with safety as your top priority. You have solid knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, hydraulics, and mechanics, and are comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and digital aids. You are curious, adaptable, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team. You communicate well and build trust when meeting with customers.
