As a Principal with Pysslingen Förskolor, you will help bring our vision to life: "A safe and stimulating world full of opportunities" for children, parents, and staff alike. About the Role Your mission is to lead and develop operations for two to three preschools. As a pedagogical leader and manager, you are responsible for the direction and strategy of each preschool and ensuring that education as a whole strives toward national goals. You are responsible for shaping the pedagogical activities so that all children thrive and develop in accordance with the goals and regulations that govern preschool. Additionally, you ensure that all educators have the right conditions to work according to the preschool's curriculum and that there is a good work environment for both children and staff. As principal, you have full financial responsibility and accountability for personnel and work environment at your units, with the drive to create an attractive preschool with satisfied children, staff, and parents. You are part of a principal group where your colleagues serve as sounding boards and support. You work closely with your school director and several support functions such as HR, finance, marketing, and quality. You report to the School Director. We Are Looking for You If You have experience as a principal in preschool or school and have completed or begun a principal program. You lead strategically with goal and results orientation and bring strong business acumen to the role. You have the ability to build and lead a thriving organization. You have excellent Swedish language skills. You have strong digital competence and learn new systems easily. Your Personal Qualities You are a positive and creative principal who enjoys working closely with your educators. You are perceived as clear, trustworthy, and attentive with a strong ability to plan and prioritize your time based on what's best for the organization and the children. You show curiosity about the future and our world and are driven by the opportunity to influence the preschool's role as part of society. You are a driven principal with the ability to network and establish collaborations in the city. You deliver on your promises and strive to achieve results with the best possible quality.
