The Project Office at LFV At the project office, we lead complex and socially important projects within areas such as air traffic management, IT and IT security, preparedness and security, digitalization, Remote Tower, and communication, navigation, and surveillance systems (CNS). We are responsible for assigning project managers to LFV projects as well as developing and streamlining project methodology and working approaches. The project office currently consists of approximately 25 employees in roles such as project managers, portfolio managers, and data analysts. Your Role As a group manager, you will lead and develop one of our two groups of project managers. The group currently consists of eight employees and two consultants. In the Department of Societal Planning, the Weather & Climate unit is responsible for producing processed information and statistics in meteorology, climate, air quality, and climate adaptation. The Climate Adaptation Group consists of eleven staff members with expert competence in climate adaptation. The group's main responsibilities are to carry out assignments for the National Knowledge Center for Climate Adaptation and to assist the independent National Expert Council for Climate Adaptation with secretarial support. In addition, there may be climate adaptation assignments for other government agencies as well as consulting projects from municipalities and the business sector. We are now seeking a new staff member to join the climate adaptation group.
