About the RoleAs IT Operations Support, you are responsible for providing qualified user support, managing IT equipment, and helping to develop and optimize our daily IT operations. You work closely with the business and have a central role in ensuring high user satisfaction and efficient work methods. Your main responsibilities: Provide user support within our WMS systems (NYCE, Wamas, Ongoing) Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a professional and service-oriented manner Manage and administer hardware such as computers, handheld devices, printers, and peripherals Support the business through training and guidance on the use of IT tools and systems Document procedures and contribute to continuous improvements in IT processes About YouWe are looking for someone with a genuine interest in technology and people.
