Account Manager for Ordine // Malmö, Helsingborg or Lund
The restaurant industry never stands still. Orders are going digital, payments are getting smarter, and the pace keeps accelerating. That's why we're building Ordine—technology that makes everyday life easier for restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops throughout Sweden. From modern point-of-sale systems and payment solutions to digital ordering workflows, we help our customers spend less time on administration and more time with their guests. Now we're looking together with Oddwork for an Account Manager who wants to help build the next chapter. We've established ourselves in West Sweden. What's next? Scania. As an Account Manager You build long-term customer relationships where every deal is the start of a partnership, not the end of a sale. With the phone as your starting point and restaurants as your playing field, you fill your calendar with meetings, build relationships, and help customers discover smarter ways to run their business. One day you close a deal, the next day you install a new point-of-sale system. At Ordine, we follow our customers all the way. The big difference? You'll be the first on the ground. You build your own district, establish Ordine in a new region, and get the freedom to influence how we work locally. The business opportunities are huge, and we're looking for someone who gets energized by the chance to create something from scratch rather than taking over someone else's customer base. At the same time, you're never alone. You have an experienced team in Gothenburg behind you supporting you along the way, sharing their experience, and celebrating successes with you. We're looking for someone who... ...gets energy from people. You enjoy the pace of sales, love building relationships, and have a natural ability to build trust. You don't wait for someone else to tell you what needs to be done—you drive your work forward and see opportunities where others see obstacles. For you, it feels inspiring to be the one who opens doors, builds long-term customer relationships, and establishes Ordine's name in a new region. You thrive with freedom and responsibility, and you see clear goals as motivation rather than pressure. What we're looking for: • Experience in B2B sales or other relationship-building sales • B-class driver's license • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written • Experience from the restaurant, hotel, or point-of-sale systems industry is a plus • Additional language skills such as Arabic, Chinese, Vietnamese, or Thai About the Company Ordine is a Gothenburg-based tech company that develops modern point-of-sale systems and digital solutions for restaurants, cafés, bars, and shops throughout Sweden. With a focus on simplicity, service, and user-friendliness, we help our customers simplify their workdays—from payments and order management to smart features that create better workflow in their operations. Everything is built to work in an industry where every second counts. The company has existed for 5 years and has grown steadily with our customers ever since. Today we're a tight and engaged team that works closely together every day. We believe in clear communication, shared responsibility, and solving things together. Our ambition is to continue developing both our products and our way of working as we grow, always with the customer experience in focus. If you're reading this and thinking
