What you will do As Process Manager Logistics, you will lead the work of developing and optimizing our processes and work methods. You drive maintenance work, prioritize development initiatives, and help ensure that the right initiatives move forward based on the business's needs. System support is a natural part of our processes, and you are responsible for capturing needs from the business, analyzing how they affect existing processes, and packaging them into clear requirements for IT and external partners. The role also involves leading forums for dialogue and prioritization together with super users and other stakeholders. You will become an important part of our change work related to the logistics flow, where the focus is on developing and improving processes and system support from a holistic perspective. We are facing comprehensive improvement work in connection with an upcoming TMS system replacement, where you will be a key person. In the role, you will work closely with other process managers, process owners, and external parties. You report to the Operations Development Manager and are based in Malmö What you need to succeed and thrive You have: Experience from a role as process manager, project manager, or equivalent Experience working as a requirements specialist between business and IT Knowledge in transport, logistics/supply chain Good skills in Swedish and English Good understanding of business-focused process development Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English You are: Innovative and creative in how you see opportunities for improvement and development Independent and confident in driving matters forward Analytical and structured in your approach to problem-solving Relationship-oriented and skilled at building good collaborations Organized and have the ability to prioritize in a role with many points of contact What we offer you At Lantmännen, you work with things that really matter.
