In your work in Pågen's sales force, your overall responsibility is to visit our customers and stores and supply them with our fresh quality products. You become part of an engaged team but work independently with the goal of driving sales in the stores you are responsible for. You get a temporary job that is both varied, dynamic and fun as it contains a mix of sales and distribution tasks. You have many points of contact, primarily with the customers you visit, but also with your colleagues. With a focus on business and results, we share the desire to get a little better every day. • Visit our customers to stock our fresh products. • Create conditions for good sales in stores. • Plan and implement sales activities/campaigns and follow up on results. The position is a temporary role with start date as soon as possible, ending 31 August 2026. Selection is made on a rolling basis until the end date. Who are you? As a temporary employee with us, it is important that you can work certain/or every Saturday and a number of days per week and that you speak and understand Swedish in speech and writing. To succeed and thrive, you need to be social and enjoy a varied and eventful day where you take great personal responsibility. You are responsive and have an easy time building trust and are driven by working towards set goals and creating results. You need to be flexible and have good planning skills and structure with a focus on quality and efficiency in all aspects of your work. You communicate well in Swedish in both speech and writing and the position requires that you have a C driver's license (YKB) + driver's card. We would like to see that you have experience in retail and sales work, preferably in food products. Apply!
