Full-Time Financial Assistant at Caldic in Malmö!

In Malmö, they recently opened their new Nordic headquarters and factory in Fosie / Elisedal where they have production and distribution of over 4,000 different products and ingredients. Now they are looking for a consultant for their accounting team. The role includes: Management of accounts payable, scanning of incoming invoices, booking in EX-flow, coding and approval. Participation in monthly closing regarding accruals, open items, provisions, and accrued expenses. Create and send bank files. Monitor and manage shared inboxes. This is a full-time consulting assignment starting immediately through the end of March 2027. Working hours are Monday-Friday during daytime 08.00-16.30. In this role you will be employed by StudentConsulting but perform the work for Caldic at their new headquarters in Fosie / Elisedal, Malmö. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for someone who: Has relevant education in finance, or a couple of years of experience in a similar role. Has very good computer and system skills. Speaks Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing. It is a merit if you have experience with invoice management or invoice processing tools, for example ExFlow, ISP, Basware, Tradeshift or similar systems. To thrive in the role, you should be driven, curious, and meticulous. You learn new things easily and enjoy taking in new information to continuously develop. Additionally, you have the ability to work independently and take your own responsibility, but can also collaborate with other teams.
