Job Responsibilities We are looking for someone with experience in social work who is now ready to take the next step – working more in-depth and having the opportunity to investigate the full picture of a family. At Enebacken, our work is about meeting our clients when they need us most, even outside regular office hours. We work in shifts, which includes one evening per week and every fourth weekend. As an investigator at Enebacken, you will have the opportunity to deepen your work in the important and complex task of investigating and supporting families and children in difficult life situations. Our investigation work is comprehensive and requires a holistic view of each family where we carefully map both strengths and challenges. By working methodically with observations, interviews, and analyses of the family's situation, we create a clear picture that forms the basis for customizing support measures that can truly make a difference in the long term. At Enebacken, we work according to evidence-based methods and carefully structured investigation practices, which means we both follow guidelines and constantly strive to find new insights into what best supports each individual family. As an applicant, you have a degree in social work (socionom) or another university education that the employer considers equivalent. You have experience in social investigation work, and it is a merit if you have experience in investigation work with children and parents within social services or at an institution. The position also requires computer skills, fluent Swedish in speech and writing, and good English. A driving license and knowledge of other languages are merits. About the Workplace Enebacken is a municipal children's and family institution in Malmö that receives families with children 0–12 years old (and up to 18 years old through Enebacken Home) for treatment, investigation, or emergency placements. With us work social workers, social pedagogues, coordinators, a psychologist, and many others – an entire team passionate about children's right to a safe and developing daily life. At Enebacken, there are currently four section managers, five coordinators, and after the expansion, 27 treatment staff and 26 investigators will work at the institution and in home settings, plus 12 night shift personnel.
