About the position As a calculation engineer, you work with design control of pressure-bearing devices. You receive technical documentation from customers and review that the design meets current requirements and standards. This can involve both new manufacturing and modifications to existing equipment. In your work, you will, among other things: • Review technical calculations, drawings, and design documentation • Check materials, pressure, and temperature against current standards and regulations • Review designs within areas such as pressure vessels, pipelines, cisterns, and boilers • Have technical discussions with customers regarding reviews and potential changes • Manage several parallel customer projects You work independently on varying assignments while having access to broad internal specialist support. We are looking for you who • Have a degree in civil engineering or engineering, alternatively equivalent including strength of materials • Have several years of relevant experience, preferably around three years or more • Have experience in calculation or design of pressurized equipment, for example pressure vessels, pipelines, or boilers • Have good understanding of relevant regulations and standards • Communicate well in Swedish and English • Are organized, curious, and comfortable with both technical issues and customer contact To thrive in this role, you also need to be organized and able to handle several projects simultaneously.
