The work is characterized by responsibility, commitment, and professional conduct. Examples of job duties: Personal care such as assistance with hygiene, showering, toilet visits, and dressing Medical interventions delegated by licensed personnel, e.g., blood sugar measurement and wound dressing changes Practical support in daily life such as meal preparation, cleaning, shopping, and laundry Documentation of performed interventions in journal systems Contact and collaboration with family members and other professions within the administration You motivate and encourage care recipients to maintain their independence and work closely with, among others, home health care, rehabilitation, and benefit advisors. Here there is an opportunity to work daytime (07.00–15.30) or evening hours (15.00–23.00). Care and Service Facilities: You work in a team and provide care, support, and supervision at our facilities. Working hours are scheduled during day and evening shifts (06.45–16.00 or 12.00–22.00), which means you must be able to work day and evening shifts. Short-term Residential Care: You meet care recipients staying at one of our facilities for a limited period, for example, after a hospital stay. See where our operations are located: https://bit.ly/KartaMalmö Qualifications We are looking for you who: Have proof of protected professional title as nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare, or certification of permanent employment as nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023 Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written Have good digital skills and can document in digital systems Can cycle, and in some cases have a B driver's license (required for certain positions in home care) Experience in care and social services is a requirement for short-term residential care and for night shifts Meritorious: Experience in dementia care and/or person-centered care Experience with LifeCare, Procapita, Flexite, Senior Alert, or BPSD systems Multilingual abilities Who are you as a person?
