As Group Accounting & Reporting Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the Group's accounting and reporting. The role offers a fine combination of operational work and strategic development, where you will have the opportunity to influence both processes and future ways of working. You will report to Vice President and CFO Thomas Pehrsson, an experienced and engaged leader who believes in freedom under responsibility and places great focus on seeing, supporting, and developing his employees. The role includes people management responsibility for 4 accounting staff members. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop the accounting function within the Group Manage ongoing accounting and ensure high quality bookkeeping Ensure effective processes and routines within the finance function Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Prepare and quality-assure Group reporting to shareholders Analyze financial results and variances and propose improvement measures Ensure compliance with accounting principles, laws, and regulations Be the primary contact person with external auditors and coordinate the audit process Drive improvement initiatives and system development within the finance area People management responsibility for four accounting staff members In this role, you will work closely with the business and maintain ongoing contact with both internal and external stakeholders, including auditors and shareholders. The role also involves a continuous focus on developing processes, routines, and system support to create an efficient and modern finance function. The role offers significant opportunities to influence working methods, processes, and financial management in a growing Group. Here you will have the chance to take on a central position in the business and help create the conditions for long-term growth and success. Who Are You? You likely have an academic degree in accounting or equivalent and several years of experience in qualified accounting work. You feel confident in both financial statement preparation and Group reporting and have experience leading people. You thrive having many points of contact and have experience with business systems, preferably Business Central. As a person, you are communicative and solution-oriented. No two days are alike, and that's exactly how you want it. You thrive in a changing environment and have the ability to bring your team along.
