Aura Train & Rail is a new and specialized business area within Aura Personal, created to meet the growing needs of the train and rail industry for the right expertise – now and in the long term. We are currently seeking experienced train technicians for placement in Malmö! As a train technician, you are an important part of a team that ensures trains run safely and efficiently. You will work with everything from preventive maintenance and service to advanced troubleshooting and repairs. You will document technical deviations and actions, collaborate closely with colleagues – but also thrive working independently. Your responsibilities will include: Service, repair, and maintenance of trains Troubleshooting in mechanics, electrical, and electronics Reporting and documentation in technical systems Participating in improvement work related to safety and quality Shift work is common – operations run 24/7, year-round. Working hours and arrangements will be adapted as much as possible to your expertise and life situation.
