WORK DUTIES In your role as a nurse, you lead and are responsible for your patients' dialysis treatment. Work duties also include nursing care, medical care, and patient education/counseling. You have special nursing responsibility for some of our dialysis patients regarding their long-term planning and treatment in consultation with our doctors. The work includes operating medical-technical equipment, so it's good if you have some technical interest. The department includes a range of different professional categories such as nurses, nursing assistants, doctors, medical secretaries, dietitians, physiotherapists, patient support specialists, and social workers, where we all work together based on our respective expertise for the patient's benefit. You will receive individual introduction for at least eight weeks for handling the dialysis machine as well as care of dialysis patients.
