About the Role and Your Team In this role, you'll become an important part of our dedicated maintenance team. We're Looking for You If You: · Have a technical education in mechanics, electrical systems, and automation. · Have practical experience working with technical equipment in a production environment. In our Gothenburg-based team, you will contribute to the development of Beast (BEAring Simulation Tool) — SKF's most advanced simulation platform, used for analysis and prediction of bearing application performance. About the role As Head of Quality Operations, you lead, coordinate, and develop operational quality work at JHB's facilities in Sweden. Your responsibilities include quality, traceability, temperature, food safety, HACCP, quality control, deviations, and corrective actions. You also drive and coordinate work for audits, certifications, and regulatory inspections. An important part of the assignment is to develop more consistent quality operations across facilities. You drive improvements in processes, working methods, and systems and ensure they work in practice—close to production, storage, and logistics. Experience from meat, fish, protein production, or other fresh produce is a merit.
