Job Description
The postpartum care clinic is responsible for follow-up of mother and baby during the first week after delivery. We are seeking a midwife who wants to join our dedicated team. We work with postpartum care for new families, both at the clinic and through home visits. We offer varied work where you can contribute to safe, secure, and patient-centered care, while together we continue to develop our services.
Duties
As a midwife at the postpartum care clinic, you work independently and in close collaboration with pediatricians, nursing assistants, and section leaders. Telephone advice is part of your responsibilities. The clinic is located in bright and pleasant facilities in a separate pavilion. A valued part of our operations is "BB-hemma" (Home Care), our mobile team providing secure postpartum care in the home.
Qualifications
We are looking for a licensed midwife with postpartum care experience. A lactation education course of 7.5 university credits is a merit. We believe you are meticulous and work with patient safety in mind, have strong collaboration skills, and treat patients, relatives, and colleagues in a positive manner.
