We are expanding further and seeking a maintenance technician for our new laundry facility. About the Role and Your Team In this role, you'll become an important part of our dedicated maintenance team. We believe in the power of teamwork where we share knowledge, help each other, and together ensure that operations run optimally. Your main responsibility is to inspect, troubleshoot, and perform planned and corrective maintenance on the laundry's production equipment, and you'll also share responsibility for the facility's building and pellet boiler. In close collaboration with production, the maintenance department will drive continuous improvement work to achieve the most efficient production possible. Together with the local management team and your direct manager, you bear clear responsibility for our production. Your main tasks: · Together with your maintenance team colleagues, be responsible for both preventive maintenance and emergency troubleshooting. · Troubleshoot and fix electrical and mechanical faults in industrial machinery (washing machines, dryers, tunnels, and packaging machines). · Perform electrical installations and repairs in accordance with applicable regulations. · Collaborate closely with the production team to optimize machine efficiency and safety. · Document maintenance work and contribute to establishing procedures in our new facility. We're Looking for You If You: · Have a technical education in mechanics, electrical systems, and automation. · Have practical experience working with technical equipment in a production environment. Experience with machines from Jensen, Lavatec, or Kannegiesser is a major plus, but not required – we value your ability to learn new technology. · Hold electrical certification (highly desirable). · Are analytical, take responsibility, and have good systems understanding. · Have experience in process optimization. · Take initiative and work structurally. · Are energized by teamwork and see the group as a natural part of success. · Have good communication skills in both Swedish and English. · Have high standards for order and organization in all aspects of your work. During your first time with us, you'll receive a thorough introduction to the industry and our unit, as well as internal process-specific training.
