Elbit Systems Sweden is seeking a Head of ILS who takes full ownership of Integrated Logistics Support throughout the product's entire life cycle. About the Role As Head of ILS, you are responsible for leading, building, and developing Elbit Systems Sweden's ILS operations. You have overall responsibility for the team that drives ILS-related activities from early concept phase, through operations and maintenance, to decommissioning. In the role, you are present in the operations and work closely with both people, technology, and delivery, with a clear focus on structure, quality, and progress. You work both strategically and operatively and are a natural part of cross-functional collaborations with project management, systems engineering, design, procurement, and external partners. With a clear mandate, you make decisions, set direction, and ensure that ILS work contributes to delivery capability, quality, and long-term cost efficiency. You represent Elbit Systems Sweden on ILS matters to customers and major suppliers and have a central role in the program's and business's success. Your Responsibilities As Head of ILS, you are responsible for: Leading and developing the ILS organization and its working methods, with a focus on clarity, collaboration, and accountability Ensuring ILS work throughout the product's life cycle – from concept to decommissioning Responsibility for maintenance plans, material management schedules, technical documentation, and instruction manuals Conducting and reviewing analyses within operational safety, maintenance, and life cycle costs, and translating analysis into decisions and actions Responsibility for requirements definition, follow-up, and quality assurance within ILS Representing programs and projects on ILS-related matters to customers and suppliers Participating in tender work with responsibility for ILS content, resource allocation, and budgeting Having budget responsibility for the ILS area and planning, following up, and optimizing costs Working with technical information and reviewing, for example, design documentation Managing spare parts registers (GOF) and planning for obsolete materials Who We Are Looking For We are looking for you who are an experienced and confident leader with a strong technical foundation and the ability to take clear overall responsibility. You work in a structured manner, manage complex information, and drive matters forward with both business acumen and technical judgment. As a leader, you are humble, clear, and present, and you create good conditions for collaboration and progress in the organization. You have: Experience from a leadership position Documented experience of ILS work and good technical understanding Post-secondary education with a technical focus Very good IT skills and good knowledge of the Office package Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's License (Category B) Application Welcome to submit your application today!
