Your Responsibilities We are looking for an experienced SAP PM/S/4HANA consultant who wants to drive the transformation toward a modern and digital maintenance organization. In this role, you will analyze existing business processes, identify needs, and ensure that maintenance, inventory management, spare parts, procurement, master data, and asset structures are supported efficiently in SAP S/4HANA. You will be an important link between operations, IT, and the project organization, ensuring that future solutions are anchored in business needs and follow established practices and industry standards. Your responsibilities: Analyze existing processes within maintenance and asset management Conduct GAP analyses between the existing SAP environment and future SAP S/4HANA solutions Gather, document, and validate business requirements Design and optimize processes within: Maintenance operations Preventive maintenance Spare parts management Inventory operations Material handling Procurement processes Service and maintenance agreements Review and develop: Equipment structures Technical locations (Functional locations) Bill of Materials Material master data Maintenance plans Spare parts structures Support activities in data quality, data cleansing, migration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Drive harmonization and standardization of processes Support change management and user adoption Develop recommendations regarding future governance, processes, and SAP architecture Collaborate closely with operations and technical teams to ensure future solutions meet business needs Your Profile We are looking for someone with solid experience in SAP PM/EAM and a strong understanding of maintenance and asset-intensive operations.
