Your Responsibilities As Service Line Manager, you will play a central role in developing, positioning, and commercializing service offerings that create tangible business value for our customers and strengthen our competitiveness in the global market. You will be responsible for the entire product portfolio within your Service Line, from strategy and development to commercialization and continuous improvement. The role combines strategic business thinking with a strong focus on customers and markets, and involves close collaboration with both technical and commercial functions. You will, among other things: - Establish relevant KPIs for Service Portfolio Management and monitor performance and profitability within each Service Line - Ensure continuous development and optimization of the product portfolio - consolidate, phase out, and update products to ensure a competitive offering - Develop and implement a Service Line product strategy and roadmap focused on maximizing order intake and gross margin - Ensure that the product strategy meets the needs of the global MGT fleet - Benchmark against competitors and other Siemens Energy operations and translate market insights into concrete improvements - Analyze market and competitive data to ensure correct pricing, positioning, and nomenclature - Strengthen the competitive position of existing products and clarify the products' Unique Selling Points (USPs) and value propositions - Identify future opportunities within service products, business models, and new commercial tools - Be an active stakeholder in prioritizing R&D initiatives and managing budget constraints - Take responsibility for the commercial aspects of wish lists, PRs, and business cases in close collaboration with Service Product Managers who handle the technical aspects - Drive the commercial steps in the Product Development Process (PDP), including global launch and commercialization of new products when applicable Your Profile We are looking for someone who combines strong commercial drive with technical understanding and the ability to see the big picture. You are confident in complex, global organizations and can translate market and customer insights into strategies that deliver measurable results. We would like you to have: - A master's or bachelor's degree in a technical or commercial field - At least 8 years of experience from Industrial Power Generation, Oil & Gas, or related industries - Documented experience delivering results in complex and international environments - Strong commercial understanding and the ability to combine technical and business perspectives - Experience with customer dialogue and a consultative approach where you build trust through competence, insight, and professionalism - Ability to independently develop strategies, identify opportunities, and drive change - Ability to connect different areas of expertise, make well-informed decisions, and influence stakeholders at various levels of the organization You are someone who takes initiative, dares to challenge established ways of working, and enjoys transforming ideas and market insights into concrete business results.
